Job Scope:

• Able to interpret, understand electronic circuit diagram & assemble/ install components according to settings.

• Set up, test and operate instrumentation and electronic devices that are used in Music Instruments.

• Provide skilled repairs, overhauls, adjustments & preventive maintenance services to assigned class of musical instruments and related equipment.

• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every call; Take extra mile to engage customers.

• Handle customer’s inquiries from all channels (Phone Calls, Social Media, Website Chat Panel).

• Identifying & assessing customer’s needs to achieve customer satisfaction

 

Job Requirement:

• Interest in music.

• An ear for tuning.

• Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.

• Exhibit strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
